Following your collaboration and the sending of the unforeseen risks tables you encountered during the M18-M24 period, here is the second step in the SHAPE-IT project's bi-annual risk assessment.
This is a list of unforeseen risks already encountered previously, and new risks that you have shared with me. The idea now is to see who has been impacted by these risks.
In fact, I want to establish whether the risks have been encountered by more than one partner, and the level of follow-up to be put in place.
I know that bank holidays are approaching, but please complete this survey before April 23.
