  • NGS sequencing : principles and visit of the AEG core facility
  • Introduction to the Unix Environment and Command Lines

Tuesday : The Basics (9h - 17h)

  • Introduction to Statistics, graphics and the R language

Thursday : Introduction to NGS / Small RNA-seq (9h-17h)

  • Data preprocessing (quality, trimming, ...)
  • Mapping to a reference genome
  • Visualization

Friday : mRNA-seq (9h-17h)

  • Data preprocessing
  • Mapping with HiSAT2
  • Gene counting
  • Differential analysis with R
